Deposits
We require a deposit of $50 per site to reserve. Deposits can be completed with a credit card over the phone (subject to an additional credit card fee), or they may be mailed to:

Deposits are Non-Refundable! We are holding a space for you, and likely have turned away business because of the reservation. We cannot control the weather or a myriad other reasons why cancellations happen.
In the event you cannot make it here, deposits are transferrable one time for up to 12 months from initial reservation, for non-holidays.
Holidays are Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, and Labor Day weekend.
